“Above all else, I’m a storyteller. It’s how, as an adult, I finally made sense of my creative gifts of writing, singing, theater, and painting. I tell stories. Sometimes they’re through words or music notes, and sometimes they’re visual. It was a big epiphany that hit me one day after feeling like I had bounced around without a real focus. The whole time, I was telling stories.”
